Find a Kambo Professional Near You.

Kambo contains peptide molecules that interact and bind with the delta and Mu opioid receptors. These peptide families are called deltorphins and dermorphins. Although potent pain-killing properties and other similar opiate effects have been observed from these peptides they do not appear to induce the same dependency or withdrawals typical to most opioid drugs. Given that they are present in small amounts of Kambo, there is currently no evidence that they induce addictive behaviors or are used recreationally as seen other opiate drugs.

What chemicals are in Kambo?
